Make the invisible visible

The whipbird is often heard in Australian rainforest but rarely seen. The "whip" of its name is for its call—a dramatic, multi-octave upchirp or downchirp—also a common radar waveform. The virtuosity of its call and its talent for keeping out of sight seem a fitting inspiration for a consultancy that offers expertise in signal processing for radar, electronic warfare and telecommunications. Find out what we can do for you.

The eastern whipbird (Psophodes olivaceus) is an insectivorous passerine bird native to the east coast of Australia. Its whip-crack song is a familiar sound in forests of eastern Australia. Two subspecies are recognised. Heard much more often than seen, it is dark olive-green and black in colour with a distinctive white cheek patch and a crest. The male and female are similar in plumage. (Wikipedia)
